This proposal provides a significant new addition to a township of Binalong Bay on the east coast of Tasmania.

Using an integrated urban design approach rather than just a random development opportunity approach the project comprises of 14 individually designed beach homes grouped around a central green space which together form an attractive, safe, community oriented, livable environment.

The project is focused on deriving values from the character of the location and the general coastal surrounding. An essential part of the process was the need for developing the design from a clear, in-depth site analysis
