The architectural practice of Smartgrowth is focused in two areas: the development of new typology’s for application within New Urban projects and the design of new buildings of significant social merit. Most of these building designs are based upon providing materials and functions that suit our contemporary lifestyles while using a language that is reminiscent of historical building language with an emphasis on street address.

Public Consultation
Any sustainable vision for a place is best shaped hand in hand with the people who live, work and invest there. We are firm believers of the “Charette process” and its valuable methods of achieving visually oriented town planning through this “designing in public” approach.
