This proposal aims to create a new exciting waterfront development for Margate,a small township south of Hobart in Tasmania. The intention is to deliver an integrated mixed use development composed of:

• Marina oriented commercial uses,
• The construction of the Australian Marine Technology Park with accommodation facilities
• Convention/conference/reception facilities with adjoining licenced bar facilities,
• Serviced apartments
• Small scale waterfront boardwalk commercial shopfronts.

The master plan is based on the principles aiming to create a fully integrated mixed use centre - one where pedestrian friendly, entertainmnet, commercial, cultural and residential uses co-exist and benefit from their interaction.
